Our Story
At T&C's (Tim & Chef Chuck) Southern Chicken & Biscuits, we believe that food is more than just a meal; it's an experience that brings people together.
Chef Chuck's journey began with a passion and a dream to present southern cuisine through the many deep south recipes he learned from his "East Texas-born" mother, affectionately known as "Madea," Over the years, Chef Chuck continued to build on his craft and creations, to the delight of many "particular" Foodies, some he grew up with, high school and college acquaintances, coworkers and business owners alike.
In July 2024 Chef Chuck was presented with an opportunity in Las Vegas which aligned with his dream. He enlisted the support of his friend and partner, Tim, a former public safety officer, retired military musician and avid supporter of Chef Chuck's cooking. Tim hails from Chicago (by way of Mississippi), with family of "Southern Cookers" himself. He understands the soul-soothing power of good food. And, having traveled across the country as an entertainer, he proudly boasts that Chef Chuck's cooking is among the best he's ever tasted. "The food is so flavorful, and the Fixin's, especially those Collard Greens...ridiculous!"
In August 2024, Chef Chuck's dream became reality with the opening of T&C's Southern Chicken & Biscuits, a place for him to share his love of southern cuisine with the world.
